Tipical food

Trdelnik
Trdelník  is a traditional Hungarian cake and sweet pastry, originally coming from ,Transilvania, which is home of the Székely Hungarians. It also is known within the culinary heritages of Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Austria. It is made from rolled dough that is wrapped around a stick, then grilled and topped with sugar and walnut mix.

  •  Pilsner Urquell, Plzeňský Prazdroj
  • The original pilsner beer from czech, you can’t miss it! As the name suggests, (“Urquell” in German or “Prazdroj” in Czech both mean “the ancient source”) Pilsner Urquell is the original pilsnerand first pale lager beer. It is characterised by its golden colour and clarity and was immensely successful – nine out of ten beers produced and consumed in the world are derived from the original Pilsen beer.

  1. The famous brew style “pilsen” come from the czech city “plzn”, site of the biggest and oldest brewery in europe. The pilsen style is the most brewed beer style in the world, and in particular the “bohemian pilsen” typical czech style, differs from the german pilsen for the specific use of “noble” hops like the delicious “saaz” famous for his spicy taste and fruity smell. The pilsen style is a lager type of beer, light coloured with a mild bitterness, usually fermented during a month between 10-12 degrees celsius with a low fermentation yeast. The most famous czech beer is the pilsen urquel, a industrial brewed product that can compete with most of the best homebrewed artesanal beer. In my opinion is the best industrial brewed beer in the world.
